About the Role

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Prompt Engineer to join our AI team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between human intent and machine understanding by designing, testing, and optimizing prompts that drive high-quality, accurate, and safe outputs from Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design, implement, and iterate on complex prompt structures (e.g., Few-Shot, Chain-of-Thought, RAG-guided prompts) for enterprise applications.
• Evaluation & Testing: Build qualitative and quantitative benchmarking workflows to evaluate model outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, and latency.
• Safety & Alignment: Implement guardrails to protect against hallucination, prompt injection attacks, and data leakage.
• Collaboration: Partner with software engineers and product managers to integrate prompt pipelines into production environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience working with modern Generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI GPT series, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini).
• Strong logical reasoning and exceptional written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Python and basic API integration.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts, vector databases, and embeddings.
