About the Role
We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to architect and build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. You will design stateful, event-driven workflows that enable AI models to execute multi-step business logic, interact with APIs, and collaborate to solve complex operational problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Architecture: Design and build autonomous AI agent networks capable of tool-use, web navigation, and API execution using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Workflow Orchestration: Develop robust, fault-tolerant orchestration logic to handle agent execution loops, memory management, and error recovery.
- Integration: Connect AI agents to enterprise data stores, legacy systems, and third-party SaaS APIs.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system throughput, minimize API token costs, and optimize multi-agent execution times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Proven experience building agentic systems, tool-calling agents, or complex RAG architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector Databases like Pinecone/Weaviate), and event-driven architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
