Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Data Science & Machine Learning

About the Role

We are hiring a Synthetic Data Engineer to design and build automated data pipelines that generate high-fidelity artificial datasets. You will help train and fine-tune machine learning models where real-world data is scarce, expensive, or restricted by privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Generation: Utilize generative models (GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, or LLMs) to synthesize realistic structured, text, or image datasets.
  • Validation & Quality Control: Perform statistical evaluations to ensure synthetic data accurately mirrors real-world distributions while preventing mode collapse.
  • Privacy Assurance: Apply differential privacy and anonymization techniques to guarantee zero leakage of personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Data Pipeline Engineering: Build scalable, repeatable data generation and ingestion pipelines using Python, SQL, and orchestration tools like Airflow.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning with expertise in Python and SQL.
  • Strong statistical background (distribution analysis, hypothesis testing, generative modeling).
  • Experience with privacy-preserving frameworks and synthetic data tools.
  • Experience with large-scale data storage and compute engines (e.g., Spark, Snowflake).

Offer

  • Competitive base salary and performance incentives.
  • Flexible work arrangements and home office setup allowance.
  • Continuous learning budget for research and technical books/courses.

  • Bias & Fairness Audits: Evaluate model outputs for implicit bias, misinformation, and ethical risks across diverse demographics and use cases.
  • Guardrail Development: Work alongside engineering teams to implement content filters, safety layers, and automated moderation pipelines.
  • Compliance: Ensure model deployments align with regional and global regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, red teaming, ethical hacking, or AI safety research.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI vulnerabilities and common attack vectors.
  • Familiarity with Python, security evaluation tools, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong interest in AI ethics, governance, and risk mitigation.

Location: [Remote / Hybrid / Brussels]

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Engineering & AI Systems

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to architect and build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. You will design stateful, event-driven workflows that enable AI models to execute multi-step business logic, interact with APIs, and collaborate to solve complex operational problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agent Architecture: Design and build autonomous AI agent networks capable of tool-use, web navigation, and API execution using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Workflow Orchestration: Develop robust, fault-tolerant orchestration logic to handle agent execution loops, memory management, and error recovery.
  • Integration: Connect AI agents to enterprise data stores, legacy systems, and third-party SaaS APIs.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system throughput, minimize API token costs, and optimize multi-agent execution times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
  • Proven experience building agentic systems, tool-calling agents, or complex RAG architectures.
  • Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector Databases like Pinecone/Weaviate), and event-driven architecture.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
